NOTE: Gay is the finish line for the 30-mile race and a manditory 5-hour layover for the 150-mile race.
Shelter and Treats
Mushers, volunteers, and spectators will be able to purchase
treats such as chili, hot dogs, chips, coffee, hot chocolate, pop,
bottle water, doughnuts and assorted sweets.
A special thanks goes out to Gay, Sherman Township, Rinne's
Excavating, Ladies Auxillary, Fire Department, Econo Foods,
Vollworth, Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Pat's IGA, Slim's Cafe, Sarah Lee, and
all the volunteers who have donated their time to make this
checkpoint a success.
