Volunteering for the 2023 CopperDog 150!

Volunteer registration is now open for the 2023 CopperDog 150, CopperDog 80, CopperDog 30 and the CopperDog 15 sled dog races being held March 3rd, 4th and 5th in Calumet, Eagle Harbor, and Copper Harbor.

There are hundreds of shifts and positions to fill.

We need your help!

Interested? Just take a look at the 2023 Volunteer Schedule, find something that suites your liking and click sign-up for as many shifts as you want. If you volunteer for multiple jobs, please watch out for overlapping conflicts in your schedule.

Register a Couple, Group, Team, etc.

When you register more than just yourself for a volunteer shift, you become responsible for ensuring the people you registered get to their assignments. Kids age 14 and over are considered able bodied volunteers, but there must be at least one adult (18+) on each shift.  Kids 13 and younger are welcome to volunteer, but do not count towards the minimum number of volunteers that must be present.

Are You New to the CopperDog?

Volunteering for CopperDog is ridiculously easy!  And working a shift or three CopperDog weekend is a lot of fun.  Please join the hundreds of people who have discovered that volunteer is the best way to experience CopperDog weekend!  And THANK YOU for the help!

A technical note on our Volunteer System

We are continually improving the site and as with all software there are defects.  Please let us know if  you encounter a problem or issue with the website. If the system doesn't work as expected send an e-mail to IT Support with a description of the problem.  Cut and paste the error into the email if you can. Thanks!
